oh! it's a happy new year, a new year, a new year!! yay

the Double D Danie is back and i have great news!! as of some time in the next few weeks, i will be uploading videos of myself out and about. i have a resolution for my reader to follow... i want you to comment on my god damn blog!! i feel lonely and totally unheard of!! sometime in the next year i should be on some podcasts which should boost my viewers but until then... i want you guys and girls to help me feel that this isn't a worthless cause.

well it's been a while but tons have happened to the D! i have a BF who i met and basically fell head over heels for.

woot! i love full days!!

well i went to school and had a really full day (which i love full days) and i'll be going to a girls basketball game (which i also love). it's probably the only school sport i enjoy watching (it's the only one our school sports at we're good at... all our other teams make us super depressed). well i hope everyone had a good thanksgiving; i'll be on later this week sometime. hugs and kisses!!!

i finally am getting back to this after a few weeks of nothing. sorry peeps. not much is new in the land of double d Danie except for the fact that my favorite holiday is approaching... that's right! i LOVE thanksgiving. it's the only day of the year that i let myself eat whatever i want all day and end up barely being able to keep it all down. my family has a funny tradition. we tell stories about crazy shit that's happened in the family and play board games with like 15 people (it can be done believe it or not). my favorite story is the one my friend told last year when she came as our guest of honor (even thought we had 10 people who weren't direct family there too). her story was about the time she was trying to get her license for the first time and ended up running some guy over during the driving portion of the test. it was comedy at it's greatest. the best part of the story is when you find out that she only didn't pass by one point!! god Washington state has some "safe" drivers :s!! well i may not write for another few days so in closing i want to hear about your thanksgivings and what you do that makes it unique. well hugs and kisses people!!

holy freaking crap!!

what do you get when you've been out all weekend?? no sleep and no homework done. so now i am in search for a script i can cut for a duo interp with a guy who could care about me less... liturally. austin powers sounds good! maybe men in black or something to that effect... oh well... if anyone has any ideas the can send me a message...

after a school night of partying and only getting and hour of sleep... i'm totally tired out and grumpy as a bitch on christmas and i'm tired too... and to make matters worse i have to hang with random people after school for a bit...

Between debate, cell phone bills, romance novels, and shoes i'm broke!

Long time no... talk.
So as of right now the Double D Danie is broke! that's right... i have 50 cents until i find a job. i spent $75 on a cell bill, spent $20 on a weekend of debate food, $15 on two romance novels (i love pointless victorian era romance novels like a fat kid likes chocolate :), and got depressed on Sunday so i treated myself to a pair of heels (they're PINK!!) and spent $45 on them, leaving me with the amount given above (i'm too depressed to write it again).

so i think i should explain why i haven't written in a while... monday and tuesday (of last week) i chillaxed with two of my friends, wednesday i went to my friends house and didn't get back until late, thursday i went to Gram's house (my firends grandmother is basically my grandmother so i call her gram), friday i had debate cases to edit and barely made it to bed by 2 am saturday, which was the day i had my debate tournament i had to judge and didn't get back until midnight, so sunday i slept all day and did homework... so today i slept in with a barometer headache so here is my make-up blog... anywhozen... i need to eat so i'll talk to you people later in the weeks... night!

Fever = GRR

so it's like 12:10ish in the morning, so you're probably wondering why in the heck i'm making a blog entry (i should be at school, right?). the cause of this early blog entry is a crazy and unexpected fever. so my rant for the day is about pointless fevers that come on unexpectedly. 2 nights ago i felt like i could take over the world!! yesterday and today i thought the world was spinning more than it should! anyways i need some rest... and some dayquil. so long for now!!

death always comes into my life in odd ways... and odd times. a week ago i was told that one of my closest friends had cancer but was responding well to treatment... this morning at 5 i got a call from her mom saying the doctors told her that she wasn't going to make it more than 2 days and that she had been in and out of a coma all day. so here's to you Arial! i'm sorry i wasn't there for you more than i was and that your time on earth is nearing it's end but if there is an internet in your invisible sky monsters house, i hope you know that i care about you. your 17 years here will always stick to us and losing you will be like losing part of ourselves though you will always be with me in my heart and dreams.

As anybody who went to a public high school knows, homecoming is THE MOST important dance of the year (unless you're a senior, which i'm not). you are suppose to show off your new BF or dance with your new crush if it's at your school, and if it's at another school (or if you're bringing someone from another school) you are suppose to show off your guy from another school (or be shown off if it's at another school). single guys always show up and after a few embarrassing convos you end up dancing and going out... chicks just sit around and look hot until one of these guys comes up and talks to her.

anyways... i'm totally having a blast planning for the first homecoming i get to have a date for... and guess what?!? that's right... the double d danster has a date courtesy of her best male friend right now. anywhozen, i still have to buy a dress and shoes and set a time for my hair and get my nails done!! so here is my project for you... find me a dress and shoes that will look good on a 5'0, 108 pound, big bosomed, and very skinny almost black chick (that isn't over $150 altogether) (i'm a halfrican so i'm rather dark but my hair isn't too course) will get a prize... and no matter if you're male or female you will LOVE my gift to you if you win. NO yellows and nothing that makes me look goth! reds look great and purples too. blue, greens, pinks, and shiny gold and silver look great!

well here is blog # 20 and the subject for today is... privacy! i know, i know... odd that a girl who goes by Double D Danie would think about privacy but here we go!! today one of my male friends was talking to me about what he heard in his spanish class today. the conversation went a little something like this "OMG D! i heard the funniest thing in spanish today! do you know who "blank" is??" "yeah we dated for like a week... why?" "well i heard him talk to one of his friends and guess what?!?he got a rugburn on his ass from banging a chick on some carpet last week"...

so what do you say to this??? i mean all i could do was change the subject so i did but it left me with a question... are people really that interested in hearing about other peoples personal lives and then telling everyone about it? i mean i'm not really honestly interested in hearing about people's rug burns or who slept with who or what happened to who's girlfriend... i hope to god that everyone isn't that interested in my private life!!! so anyways... why does everyone want to know everything about everyones personal lives in high school???

So my dad had a royal blow-up... over my bff isla!! shew came over this weekend and called my little sister a health food freak... which she is!! and my dad through her out! grr!

Mama D = GRRR!!

so Mama D decided to go to a party after she promised i could go to a football game and that she would drive me... so i was all like "whatever" and started calling people and GUESS WHAT??? nobody (i repeat NOBODY) will come and pick me up because they're all at the game (which is like half an hour from my house). so i'm stuck watching a stupid baseball game with Daddy D and doing NOTHING after i spent over 3 hours doing my hair and makeup!!! AHHH i'm so pissed i think i may blow a vein.

With my Isla!!

Isla is over and we're hanging out!!! it's totally kicking!!! well actually she's just sitting around eating because she had stupid band :(... i had an incident with Nair and now i have to re-nair like a whole part of my leg... GRR!!!

thursday is the new friday!!

so tomorrow is my last day at the highschool for the week thanks to LID days. anyways we haven't talked in a while so here's a basic run down of what's happened in my life as of the 3rd of september... i had a bad first day of school due to the fact that my russian teacher turned out to be my AP world teacher and even though he's a cool guy, being with him 2 periods a day is intense... same thing applies to my english teacher who i have for 2 periods... kinda intense as well. anyways... my football team won their first game ever!!! i was there and partied after with some friends... lots of fun there. i met the captain of my football team (turned out to be an interesting guy) but he's not someone i would want to date. i got in a fight with my dad over a cell phone (and it wasn't even the bill we were screaming about) and ended up winning because he had no reason for his crazy ways... i still love him though.

my plans for the weekend... boobie party!! jk jk... actually my bff Isla and i are going to the movies with my friend kat and then we're going to another football game to hang with some guys they know (we'll see what becomes of that). i may make a batch of cookies while Isla's over but other than that i think it's going to be mello.

my last comment for the day is about my older sister jazze's birthday... she'll be like 24 so i want to know what to get her... well leave me a message!!! love to all and peace!!

news flash!! amazingly... we won!

something amazing happened yesterday after school... my football team won for the first time ever!! i can barely believe it... more tomorrow about it!

football games in highschool = biggest losing streak in the history of highschool football

title basically says it. my highschool team SUCK>>> not like your average team sucks but like 10 times worse... we've never been within 30 points of the other team at the end of the game!! we suck majorly... but our band's good and our team tries... so no complaints... oh well... i'll tell you how it ends asap!!! bye for now...

rant of the day... stupid people!!

so i was at the store this morning buying some snacks for a car trip i'm taking tomorrow and some lady walked up to me and asked why i was buying crap with so many carbs!! i didn't even know this lady!! but here's the kicker... i'm barely 100 pounds. so when this lady i've never met tells me i'm consuming too many carbs (i had a bottle of pepsi, 2 bags of cheetos, and some beef jerky) all i could do was turn and say to her "and why have you desided to talk to me? i weigh less than you and obviously take better care of myself so you can do yourself a favor and fuck off." she left in a huff but it's still makes me upset that... what the fuck?? i'm 5'0" and 100 pounds. she was easily 150 ish and about an inch taller than me.

well that's all for today... FU stupid people who are way too nosy for their own good!!

the next big thing?? (no anger here)

over breakfast this morning with Mama Danie (my mother), we got to thinking... what will be the next big fashion thing. will it be tube tops and scarfs or red leather spiked heels? my thought was cowboy boots and long ripped shorts (for next summer). my mother said that she thought that brown trench coats with fur at the top may make a come back. i disagree. maybe white jeans or sweaters will make a come back. my question to you... what will be the next big fashion thing??

having one of those days (again)

so today i woke up at the butt-crack of dawn (for a teenager that's 11:30 during the summer), got dressed and went to the movies with one of my peeps (saw mama mia which is great btw). when i got home and just as i was closing the door behind me, guess what happened?? i tripped at a weird angle and got my flipflop caught in the door. before i could move my toes (which i just had painted while in my friends car) my foot was slammed inside the door of my house. now unlike most people's doors out here, mine is a large 1890's hickory door that weighs a TON! so now i'm limping around with a toe that's blue-ish and my toenail is now split in half. well, that's all for today!

weather change = a day or two of headaches

for the past year or so, every time the weather changes (or the barometer change) i get these mind splitting headaches! so in the past week i've had more than 3 headaches and it's only midway through the week!! so i want to send a big old FU to the weather change. i know, i know... living in seattle isn't helping me out but i'm still pissed off!!

hair dye... hoooooo! (a less angry blogging moment)

so i'm thinking about dyeing my hair (well actually i'm sure i want to). so i spent some time online researching and i found some places i could check the color and end result out. but as i was looking at the freaking L'Oreal place online had a broken link. Grrr life is rough!

debate is eating away at my life!!

at 4 this morning i got a rather mean call from my debate coach telling me that i didn't send all of the pictures from debate camp... i sent them a week ago!! upon telling her this, i was told to use a a different e-mail... so i rolled out of bed with less than 2 hours of sleep and sent her the damn pictures from a different email address and guess what?!? within 5 minutes of sending, she called me back and said that she already had those pictures and "sorry for the inconvenience". people need to get a grip on themselves and check their emails for once!!

so i'm looking for a tutor...

the title basically says it... i'm looking for a Russian 1 teacher who is will to work with me twice a week (once in person and once online). great pay!! leave a comment if you're interested... i live near seattle.

WTF's up with the weather?!?

when you think of August, what do you think of?? hot and sunny days per chance? or maybe sunburns? well out here in the not-so-great NW the weather has sucked mightily for the past few days. Rain, rain, and more rain is all that we've got for the past 3 days. oh well... can't complain too much though... it means i don't have to water any plants!! but on the not so bright side, it's been raining so hard that i haven't been able to go to the county fair with one of my bff's Kelsey (who btw has an interesting bf). maybe tomorrow we'll go and eat elephant ears at the fair together... maybe not... oh well. it's really dark here all the time so i'm kinda on the depressed side of life right now. well i'm going to watch my favorite movie (men in black) and eat a bowel of ben and jerry's to feel better until the sun comes out. see yal soon!

real estate with a view = ???

today i went out looking at houses for my parents. they want a view so i went and looked at view homes. what did i get??? absolutely zip... the amount people want for a view home is reasonable but there is always something wrong with either A. the house, B. the property, or (my personal favorite) C. the neighborhood. i looked at homes for 4 hours in 2 different major areas and you got a great home and property with crazy party people as neighbors, amazing neighbors and home with shitty property, or nice property and neighbors but an old home that obviously needed some love and attention. 5 months ago in the same areas i could have found just what i wanted for CHEAPER!!! now maybe, just maybe, i need to not get worked up over everything but i honestly have to say that the real estate in the NW is crap right now.

And while i'm at it... lady raptastic WTF??? why did you have to bitch about wanda wisdom even though she didn't do anything?? maybe i'm just over reacting but i doubt it.

In the begining i was hopeful... and now i'm just pissed off!!

what do you get if you wait online for 3 (hear me) 3 whole hours waiting on the race of my life time and what do i get??? NOTHING!!! my tv was on... my computer was on... even my cell phone was on... and i couldn't watch Phelps win his 8th gold!!! i was in tears! i had to find out on a flipping football webpage!! so i want to send a big F U to NBC for not letting me watch a race i've been wanting to watch for 6 whole weeks! so NBC if you are reading this WHAT THE HECK?? a womens marithon instead of phelps winning his 8 gold... WTF!
